What is coaching?
Coaching is a solution focused process. It is for people who may have reached a crossroads in their career/life/business or who are managing change either in their personal life or through organisational change at work. Personal coaching provides an opportunity to work on and explore those areas of your life that you may want to change or improve.
It starts with the present and looks to the future; the focus is on what is possible and how to achieve transformation and transition in the face of life changes and challenges.
Through the process of coaching a person can deepen their learning, improve their performance and enhance their quality of life.
How I work as a coach
As your coach I will work with you to help you see opportunities or identify areas you may want to work on. I will support you to achieve or exceed your personal goals and objectives to enable you to live a life that is balanced and fulfilled.
I provide a safe, confidential environment where we can work together to explore your feelings and potential. By questioning, analysing and identifying your needs we work in partnership to discover and identify your future focused solutions that will inspire you to maximise your personal and/or professional potential.

Profile
In over 20 years working in the public sector, at both an operational and strategic level, I have built highly successful teams, identified and developed potential talent in individuals, encouraging them to take advantage of opportunities to develop their careers and skills.
I believe if we can improve our communication and relationship with those around us we will then be on the road to the fulfilled life we seek.
Natural therapies can help restore the equilibrium of your body and mind; coaching can help you address such areas as confidence, health, and well-being, relationships, improving performance, time management or taking the next step in your career.
I have experience of coaching people from all walks of everyday life, both in the business setting or as individuals, who were feeling lost, unfulfilled or just in need of enhancing their lives.
My ultimate goal is to help people to help themselves by offering coaching as a practical and accessible tool. People in general are resourceful individuals – just occasionally they need to be reminded of this and helped to find that inner resource.
