FREE Meditation Workshops
The Mitchell Hill Clinic is pleased to offer FREE Meditation and Buddhism workshops on Wednesday evenings.
Meditation is an ancient practice that has documented health benefits and enables the practitioner to overcome stress and maintain well-being. Meditation is also an effective way to relax and concentrate.
The workshops will explore different types of Buddhist meditation that will enable you to find a practice that will suit you. Held on Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:30pm the workshop will comprise of two short meditations and an opportunity for discussion.

BOOKING
There is no need to book, just drop into the Centre at 7:00pm on a Wednesday evening.
In keeping with the Buddhist tradition that we follow, there is no charge for attending the workshops.
